Orders are usually shipped UPS Ground or express shipping.
Store Policy: Customers have 2 days to examine their merchandise from the time they receive their package.If a customer would like an item to be exchange,please call us within 2 days of receiving package.If a customer does choose to make an exchange,please be advised that merchandise must be returned in the original packaging,meaning hangers and plastic wrapping must be intact.Also for any returns made,we charge 10% restocking fee.If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging,the customer will be held responsible and the exchange will be withheld.Please note that we do not give back refund,only exchange or store credit.If any item is damage due to a fault in packaging,please call U.P.S at 1-800-742-5877.All church groups are entitled to a discount when purchasing more than 5 suits.When ordering hats,purses or suits please be sure that you have the correct code for matching colors {Example: 2881 coral with hat H220 C}Please specify the quantity of hats,purses and suits you wouls like to purchase.Please note that NY State laws requires that all purchases be charged 8.75% sales tax..
Customers will receive their merchandise
within 5 to 10 days upon ordering.

C.O.D. : We
accept C.O.D. NO personal check will be accepted, only money order or
certified
check accepted. Please note that U.P.S or any delivery services WILL
NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. WE NOW REQUIRE A SHIPPING DEPOSIT FOR
C.O.D for anyone who are going to place an order for the first time.All deposit is non-refundable.Please contact us for more information. If any customer chooses to
pay by COD for merhandise but does not accept said merchandise upon
delivery
NYHats reserves the right not to do any business with that customer nor
to send any more catalogs to that customer. Our reason for this is the
fact that if the customer refused to accept the merchandise, NYHats is
forced to pay for all shipping fees including COD with the agreement
with
U.P.S. Policy.
